Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza began as a dream in 1985 when Anthony Scotto, a passionate chef from Brooklyn, discovered the incredible taste and unique cooking method of coal-fired ovens. Inspired by the century-old techniques used in New York's original pizzerias, Anthony set out to create something extraordinary.
